Meet someone who can help you navigate your awakening journey through grounded practices, compassionate guidance, and a different kind of education: learning to raise your vibe and why that matters.
Raising your vibe isn't about being happy all the time. It's about becoming more ...
conscious than reactive,
peaceful than fearful,
authentic than performative,
mindful than disconnected,
and more aligned with who you truly are.
Feeling like you're becoming a different person? Perhaps your relationships no longer fit. Maybe you feel disconnected from your life. You're suddenly questioning everything or just have bigger ideas than before?
You may be experiencing a spiritual awakening—and you don't have to navigate it alone.
An awakening journey is life changing. For some, it may involve letting go of old thoughts, beliefs, or habits that might be limiting you from reaching higher truths. For others, it may become about the pursuit of greater identity or purpose. Regardless of where you find yourself, one of the hardest challenges of this shift is learning how to stay present, feel peace, recognize joy and maintain a high vibration.
A Spiritual Awakening can feel messy and may find this part of your journey isolating, confusing, or overwhelming. Even though your path is unique from mine, if you’d like to share your experience with someone who can encourage you to keep your vibe high, please Contact me.

Perhaps you have experienced the following...
The following are common signs you might be experiencing a Spiritual Awakening:
The "Who Am I?" Crisis: Questioning identity, career path, beliefs, and societal expectations that once felt like YOU.
Desire for Authenticity: Pretending, people-pleasing, putting on a mask feel physically exhausting.
A stronger need for solitude: You’re processing a lot internally and may feel easily overstimulated.
Intuition: A stronger "gut feeling." Synchronicities become regular occurrences.
Emotional Detox: Waves of emotions appearing as traumas rise to the surface to be healed.
Emotional depletion: Feeling entirely disconnected, lost or empty.
Social Shifts: Outgrowing certain relationships. You're drawn to meaningful connections with less interest in drama.
Hypersensitivity: Loud noises, bright lights, crowded places, and chaotic environments can feel overwhelming.
A Pull Toward Nature: You feel calmer in nature. You start recognizing a connection you share with all living things.
A "Global" Perspective: You care less about superficial success and more about making a genuine impact.
There are stages to a Spiritual Awakening. You might find yourself somewhere here:
This is the moment of disruption. It can be triggered by something major (life event, loss, trauma, etc.) or be a slow, quiet realization that something is fundamentally not right.
How it feels: Fearful. You realize you’ve been living on autopilot, and find yourself thinking "there must be more to life than this."
This is the hardest, yet most transformative stage. The old version of you is dissolving, but your new self hasn't been born. You confront your shadows, old traumas, and deep fears.
How it feels: Heavy, isolating, and confusing. You might feel lost, depressed, or disconnected. It could feel like rock bottom, but it is actually a profound purging process.
Once the fog lifts, a massive hunger for truth takes over. You become a spiritual explorer.
How it feels: Exciting and overwhelming. You dive into books, podcasts, meditation, astrology, philosophy, or energy work. You are trying to find the language and tools to explain the shift you just survived.
You might experience moments of clarity, peace, or a feeling of "oneness" with the universe. You see past the illusions of societal conditioning and material success.
How it feels: A gentle relief. You realize you are not just your thoughts or your body, but something much larger. However, this stage can sometimes breed "spiritual ego" if you start feeling like you've figured it all out while others are still "asleep."
This is where the rubber hits the road. It’s one thing to feel enlightened while meditating in a quiet room; it’s another to bring that peace into your daily life, your job, and your relationships.
How it feels: Grounding but challenging. You begin applying your new insights to your daily habits. You change your diet, set firmer boundaries, let go of unfulfilling experiences, and restructure your life to match your higher frequency.
You no longer feel the need to change the world or constantly seek answers. You have integrated your spiritual self with your physical self.
How it feels: Peaceful, authentic, and steady. You accept life as it is—both the joy and the pain. You live in the present moment, guided by intuition, compassion, and a quiet sense of purpose, peace and joy.
